Please read these terms of use carefully as they contain important information about your rights and obligations.  By placing an order on www.Atlanticprint.ie you fully and unconditionally agree to these terms and conditions.
Customer Satisfaction

-When you personalise your chosen card design you will see an on-line PROOF of your card. It is your responsibility to check your final design carefully.  If you approve a design that has wrong information, typos, spelling mistakes, we will not provide a refund. Our website has an automated ordering process once the order has been confirmed and paid for, we regret that we are unable to make amendments to the cards, cancel or
refund an order.

-We endeavour to provide customers with high quality printed personalised cards. Our cards are printed on the latest digital printing machines to ensure a professional high quality product is produced. Please note there are certain factors which are outside our control.  Variations in Computer/Tablet device personal settings may mean the card preview on screen may have slightly different tonal representations from our printing product.

-Please check that the box containing the goods is not damaged before signing for the delivery. If you receive goods which have been damaged in transit please inform the courier and Atlantic print within 24 hours.  Neither couriers, our us, will accept any liability if the claim is made outside of the 24 hours.

– The quality of the photo uploaded by our customers is outside our control

– Our prices are detailed in Euros and include Free white 100gsm envelopes and VAT.
We reserve the right to revise prices without notice, however all orders will be delivered at the price displayed to the customer at the time of ordering.

-Atlantic print cares about your privacy and will not use any customer information provided for any other purpose other than for the fulfilment of your order.

Artwork Files:
Our prepress department checks most artwork files before printing, but you are still 100% responsible for the accuracy of your print-ready artwork files, and we encourage you to proofread all files carefully before submitting to Atlantic print.. Please note that we have created file preparation
guidelines and product templates to assist you in creating print-ready files, and we also offer file preparation support services. You certify that you have the right to use the image(s) in your artwork files. DO NOT send any “one-of-kind” transparencies, prints or artwork. Although we take every precaution to safeguard your materials, we are NOT responsible for loss or damage of images or artwork.

Under these Terms and Conditions, you agree that you will NOT upload any artwork files consisting of the following material: any material that could give rise to any civil or criminal liability under applicable law; and any material that could infringe rights of privacy, publicity, copyrights or other intellectual property rights without the permission of the owner of these rights and the
persons who are shown in the material if applicable.

-How do I order cards fromAtlanticprint.ie?
You can order directly from our website.  We have a wide range of designs covering religious to scenic themes. Once you choose your card design, simply follow the easy steps to uploading your photo and text. Always ensure you have proofread the card for mistakes such as spelling and dates. Our checkout and ordering system is very simple and quick to use. expect delivery in 4-5 working days from confirmation of artwork.

 -Can I use my own design?
Yes, you can, Just follow the steps on our Help guide. If you prefer a more
personalized and customised design please call or email us.

-Photographs:
Please ensure that the photo or photos of your loved one are in one of the following formats: JPEG, GIF, BMP or PNG. If you are unsure about this please contact us directly. A resolution of 200-300 dpi for the photo will result in a high-quality card being produced. The average digital picture is approximately 500KB or above and this will result in a high quality printed card. To check the type and size of your file copy your picture onto your PC desktop and right click on your image and click on “Properties” at the end of the list. Under the “General” tab you are able to view the type and size of your file.

-Can I use my own background scene?
We have a good selection of background scenes that you may like.  Alternatively, if you prefer to use pictures of your own local scene you can upload them onto your chosen template once the photo is in one of the following formats JPEG, GIF, BMP or PNG.

-Does my stationery come with envelopes? 
Yes, Memorial Cards, Thank You Cards, Acknowledgement Cards and Bookmarks come with 100gsm White Envelopes.

 -What type of paper are the cards printed on?
All stationery is printed on ‘smooth matt white 350gsm card’ and are gloss laminated when mentioned. If you don’t want your order laminated please notify us.

-Are your cards made and produced in Ireland?
Yes, all our stationery is designed and printed by us here in Galway.

-Are postage and packaging included in the price?
Yes, postage and packaging are included in the total price.

 -Is VAT included in all prices quoted on the website?
Yes, VAT at 23% is included in the total price.

-Do you supply samples?
Yes, we can send you a free sample pack containing a Memorial Card, Wallet Card and a Bookmark.

-Is there a minimum amount of cards I have to purchase?
Yes, 25 cards are the minimum amount you can order.

 -What does my stationery purchase include?
Your stationery includes Vat at 23%, Free 100gsm white envelopes and Free
Delivery (IRL/NI).

-Will I receive an email confirming my order details?
Yes, you will receive an email confirming your order to the email address you
supplied. If you don’t receive an email please contact us.
 
 -Can I amend my card after ordering?
Unfortunately, we are unable to amend the design after you order it.  Our system is automated.  Please always make sure you have all the dates correct,  we recommend that you have someone else proofread your design prior to ordering.

-Can I cancel my order?
The website has an automated ordering process so once an order has been
confirmed and payment has been processed, we regret we are unable to amend or cancel the order.

-When can I expect delivery of my cards?
expect delivery in 4-5 working days from confirmation of artwork.

-Will I receive an email confirming my order details?
Yes, you will receive an email confirming your order to the email address you
supplied. If you don’t receive an email please contact us.

-What if I am not satisfied with my cards?
In the rare event you are unhappy with your cards please contact the office
explaining why and we will endeavour to find a solution. Please refer to our returns policy for further information.

 -Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we deliver to locations outside Ireland, this can be arranged and costs will
apply, Please choose from the drop down menu when adding your delivery details, if a country you wish isn’t stated please email for a quote.

 -What if I am not home when the delivery arrives?
The courier company will ring you prior to delivery with an estimated time of arrival.  If the courier finds no one at home and there are no alternative instructions on where to leave the package, they will be returned to the courier depot where you will be instructed to pick it up.
